By booking a tour package or service with Travixo Travels, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through Travixo Travels — via our website (travixo.co), phone, WhatsApp, or in person. Travixo Travels acts as a travel agent and tour organizer and is not directly responsible for services provided by airlines, hotels, or third-party vendors.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
- A booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp once payment is received.
- It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure all names, dates, and details are correct at the time of booking.
- Travixo Travels reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
3. Payment Terms
- A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking (amount varies by package).
- Full payment must be completed before the departure date as specified in your booking.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted methods.
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days. Flight and visa charges are non-refundable once booked.
5. Changes & Amendments
- Any changes to confirmed bookings (dates, destinations, travelers) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Travixo Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons without prior notice.
- In case of significant changes, customers will be notified and offered alternatives.
6. Travel Documents & Visa
- It is the traveler's responsibility to hold a valid passport and all required travel documents.
- Travixo Travels can assist with visa applications but does not guarantee visa approval.
- Visa fees are non-refundable regardless of approval or denial.
- Any fines or penalties arising from incomplete documentation are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
7. Travel Insurance
Travixo Travels strongly recommends all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure. We are not responsible for any losses arising from medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, or other unforeseen events.
8. Liability
Travixo Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies). We are not liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines or hotels
- Loss or damage of personal belongings during travel
- Injuries, illness, or accidents during the trip
- Events beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics)
9. Conduct
Travixo Travels reserves the right to terminate the travel arrangements of any person whose conduct is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or offensive to other travelers or service providers — without any refund.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.
